Our 6-step process is built to eliminate those failure points. You can trace every order across every stage, and nothing moves forward without your explicit approval at the critical checkpoints.
Requirement Gathering & Consultation
Every order begins with a thorough understanding of your exact requirements — not assumptions.
We collect your product type, required quantity, preferred fabrics, branding details (logo files, color references, placement instructions), sizing requirements, delivery location, and timeline. For first-time clients, we walk through each requirement together to ensure nothing is missed. For repeat clients, we reference your previous order specifications to ensure continuity.

Design & Digital Proof
Once requirements are confirmed, our design team prepares a digital proof — a visual representation of exactly how your final product will look, before any material is cut or printed.
The digital proof shows logo placement, print area dimensions, color values matched to your brand guidelines, and product color and style. Nothing moves to sampling or production without your written approval of the digital proof.
What happens here
- •Artwork preparation and brand guideline application

- •Digital mockup created showing front, back, and sleeve views
- •Proof shared for your review and approval
- •Revisions incorporated until the proof is approved
What you receive: A high-resolution digital proof shared via email or WhatsApp for approval.
Sample Production & Approval
For bulk orders, we produce a physical sample — a finished garment manufactured to the exact specifications of your order — before committing to full production.
The sample allows you to verify fabric quality, fit, color accuracy, print or embroidery quality, and label placement in person, before any bulk material is ordered or cut.
What happens here

What you receive: A physical sample of your product with a sample approval form.
Digital proof approval is standard for all orders. Physical samples are strongly recommended for all bulk orders above 100 pieces and are mandatory for private label and hospitality orders.
Bulk Production
With the sample approved and specifications locked, bulk production begins. Our production floor operates with a dedicated supervisor for every order, tracking progress against the confirmed delivery timeline.
Fabric is sourced and inspected before cutting. Cutting, stitching, printing or embroidery, and finishing are performed in sequence — each stage checked before the next begins.
What happens here
- •Fabric procurement and incoming quality check
- •Fabric cutting as per approved pattern and sizing specifications
- •Stitching and assembly by skilled garment operators
- •Printing (screen/DTG/heat transfer) or embroidery as specified
- •Inline quality checks at each production stage
- •Finishing — thread trimming, pressing, and presentation
What you receive: A production status update shared at the midpoint of the production window.
Quality Control & Inspection
Every completed order goes through our 6-point quality inspection before packing. No garment leaves our facility without passing inspection.
Measurements
Actual garment dimensions checked against approved size specifications
Print / Embroidery Quality
Color accuracy, stitch density, registration, and edge sharpness
Fabric Integrity
No defects, pilling, or weave irregularities
Stitching Strength
Seam strength and consistency checked at stress points
Label and Tag Placement
Brand label, size label, and care label verified for correct placement
Overall Presentation
Final visual check for any staining, puckering, or finishing defects
Any garment that fails inspection is either corrected or replaced before packing. Defective pieces are never shipped.
Packing & Delivery
Approved garments are individually folded, polyflagged or tissue-wrapped, and packed per your specifications — either individually branded for retail-ready presentation, or bulk-packed by size and color for corporate delivery.
We deliver across all major cities and states in India. Tracking details are shared once the shipment is dispatched.

Process Questions
Can I make changes after the sample is approved?
Changes after sample approval and the start of bulk production may result in delays and additional costs depending on the nature of the change. We strongly encourage thorough review at the sample stage to prevent revisions mid-production.
How do I approve the digital proof or sample?
Digital proofs are approved via email or WhatsApp confirmation. Physical sample approvals are documented with a signed approval form before bulk production begins.
What if my order arrives with defects?
We stand behind our quality process. If a defect passes through to delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We investigate, confirm, and replace defective pieces without dispute.
Can I track my order during production?
Yes. We provide a production status update at the halfway point and dispatch notification with tracking when your order ships.
